Final Cut Pro X 10.4 and Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 are supported by Cinema Grade. We have tight integration with your project timeline via a plugin and all color changes are updated dynamically in your timeline. All the features in the 'Final Grading' page are supported in DaVinci Resolve 15 as an OFX plugin.
How does the free trial work?You are welcome to download and install a fully functioning trial version of Cinema Grade that works without a watermark for 7 days. After 7 days you can continue to evaluate Cinema Grade but there will be a watermark in your final render.
Is Cinema Grade available for Windows or Linux?Due to MacOS technologies used in Cinema Grade development this does not support Windows and Linux OS.
What is the difference between Cinema Grade and Cinema Grade Pro?With Cinema Grade Pro you get access to such features as the 3 step grading workflow that includes shot Matching with groups, ACES Color Science and X-Rite Chart Support. How to update my Cinema Grade to the latest version?To update your Cinema Grade to the latest version, please do the following:
- Open Cinema Grade
- In control menu click on Cinema Grade
- Click on 'Check for Updates'
- In case there is new update available, please update.
You can find and read the Cinema Grade End User License Agreement during Cinema Grade Installation process.
What payment types do you accept?We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. License activation code will be emailed you upon successful completion of payment.
How much does Cinema Grade cost?The price for standard version of Cinema Grade is USD 69. The price for Pro version of Cinema Grade is USD 99. We also provide Cinema Grade Filmmaker package for USD 199 that grants the access to Color Grading Academy. All corresponding invoices are one time and you can use Cinema Grade for live with support for free.
How many seats are supported?License Key is covering two machines by default.

Can I get the refund?If you no longer desire to use Cinema Grade within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us at support@cinemagrade.com and we will offer a full refund to you.
What is the valid period for my License?With each purchase of Cinema Grade you get a perpetual non-expiring license to use Cinema Grade for life. License includes free maintenance and customer support for 1 year after the date of purchase.
My License key is lost. Any way to retrieve it?License key was sent to you with payment confirmation when you purchased Cinema Grade. You can retrieve your license key using your Personal License Manager.
How can I change my email address in License Manager?Please send your request to support@cinemagrade.com with the following information:
- Order ID applicable for your old email address.
- Your Old email address.
- New email address to set up.
